This guide will give you an audio commentary as make your way through the village of Cloughjordan outlining its history, development, interesting characters and many secrets. The creators of the guide, Abarta Audio Guides, are a relatively new company but have hit the ground running having, in their first year of business, reached the grand final of the prestigious Irish Web Awards in 2 categories, Best New Service and Best Arts Website. They are an Irish company providing interpretations to cultural and heritage sites across the island of Ireland.
The Cloughjordan Guide will allow you to immerse yourself in the rich and varied heritage around you and will take you from the industrial revolution of train and mill to the gently flowing water of the Ballyfinboy.
