Following all Covid-19 protocols we were delighted to re-open and once again welcome visitors but within reduced opening hours.
Our prolonged closure and limited visitor numbers has greatly impacted on our revenue. It may be some time before we can resume our programme for visiting groups, public events and fundraising. Revenue from these activities helped to sustain the museum in bringing history and heritage to life.
The museum is open 2-4pm Fri, Sat and Sun. (excluding Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve). Phone booking can be made for family visits, outside these hours, on 087 3946862.
